Delivery and Returns
It is our aim to despatch goods within 48 hours from the time they are ordered (subject to payment). If the order is placed over the weekend or bank holiday it will be dispatched the following working day. Please allow 1-3 days for delivery. Delivery dates cannot be guaranteed as delays may be due to circumstances beyond our control. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.
Please note that we are shipping Indigo Nails Lab products ONLY in the Ireland (incl. Northern Ireland). Shipping cost is calculated automatically.
a) When returning items, make sure they are securely packaged. We cannot refund goods damaged in transit if items are poorly packaged.
b) The item must be in perfect resalable condition with any shrink wrap still intact.
c) A request must be made to the company within 3 days of receipt of goods. To organize returns, please contact us by email at firstname.lastname@example.org quoting your order number together with your name and address, and the details of the product. Our Customer Service team will issue a return slip and full refund (excluding the delivery cost) on receipt of the item(s), or will exchange the item(s) if preferred.
d) No returned goods will be accepted unless a returns authorisation has been given. The appropriate reference number must be quoted on accompanying documentation.
e) For your own protection please obtain a proof of postage/ receipt from the carrier as the company accepts no responsibility for lost parcels sent by you.
f) Indigo Cavan will not be responsible for any postage costs.
g) Due to health and safety regulations, we cannot accept returns and exchanges (subject to our discretion) of the following products:
- any sealed product which has been opened or unsealed
- manicure and pedicure tools & accessories
- cosmetics including creams, body lotions, scrubs, oils etc.
- perishable goods like bases, tops, gels, gel polishes, nail polishes, acrylic systems etc.
Wrong Item Received
If the item you received is not what you originally ordered, please contact us by email at email@example.com quoting your order number together with your name and address, and the details of the product. Please state whether you require a refund or a product replacement. Our Customer Service team will arrange for the wrong item to be picked up.
Our Customer Service team will process your return within 48 hours of receiving your parcel. We will refund the value of your purchase if returned to us as specified above. Please allow up to 7 days for the refund to show on your banking statement. Please note we can only issue the refund to the buyer's original card/account used for the purchase.
