Orders

Prices shown on the website are VAT included regarding to Ireland's law. VAT summary is shown in the final stage of the purchase. We reserve the right to amend prices without prior notice.

Delivery

Please note that we are shipping Indigo Nails Lab products only in the Ireland (incl. Northern Ireland). Shipping cost is calculated automatically.

Order Cancellation

Under the Ireland distance selling regulations you have the right to cancel your order for any item purchased from www.indigo-cavan.ie and receive a full refund. Order cancellations must be made by email at sales@indigo-cavan.ie. Cancellation must be made before the order is dispatched. If the order has been dispatched already, you can return the goods to us in order to receive a full refund (excluding the delivery cost).

Returns

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please return the item or items to us in their original condition, in the original box within 7 days of their receipt. The product(s) must not be damaged or used. To organize returns, please contact us by email at sales@indigo-cavan.ie quoting your order number together with your name and address, and the details of the product. Our Customer Service team will issue a return slip and full refund (excluding the delivery cost) on receipt of the item(s), or will exchange the item(s) if preferred.

Please note: the item is your responsibility until it reaches Indigo Cavan. The cost of having the item returned to us is your liability.

In order to serve you we need to gather certain information, such as name, address, phone number, email address. Indigo Cavan does not sell or share any personal information you provide to us. Indigo Cavan has no access to your credit / debit card details as payments are made on a secure website provided by PayPal/Stripe.
