Application Tips

• Prepare the cuticles and gently mattify the nail plate using a buffer or file.
• Select the correct upper form size. For best results, choose a form one size larger than the perfect fit to allow space for the product underneath.
• Cleanse the nail plate with a cleaner to remove oils and dust.
• Apply a primer suited to the client's nail type.
• Create a base layer using your preferred base coat, such as Protein Base.
• Fill the upper form with your chosen gel:
  • Mousse Gel – combines the stability of jelly gels with self-leveling properties.
  • Shape Genius or other non-self-leveling gels – easy to control inside the form and ideal for shaping.
  • No File Builder or other self-leveling gels – quick to spread, though the formula may naturally level toward the center.
• Apply a thin slip layer of the same gel to the natural nail and leave it uncured.
• Position the upper form slightly away from the cuticle area.
• Gently press and guide the gel toward the free edge to distribute it evenly across the nail. Avoid excessive pressure to prevent creating an overly thin structure.
• Once the gel is evenly spread, carefully press the form into its final position near the cuticles.
• If needed, use a UV flashlight to secure the cuticle area before full curing.
• Turn the hand over while holding the form in place.
• Use a brush to smooth the underside and ensure the gel is evenly distributed.
• Cure in the lamp for 60 seconds.
• Remove the form by gently squeezing the tip and slightly twisting until it releases with a click.
• Refine any minor imperfections with a file, e-file bit, or mandrel with an abrasive cap.
• Remove the sticky layer using Wipe Off Cleaner.
• Finish with your chosen top coat and cure according to instructions.
